Loretta is an independent Strategic Leadership Advisor and has earned the trust of CEOs, Directors and leaders in large-scale change and decision-making roles.
With decades of working with leaders in every domain, Loretta profoundly understands the strategic and commercial demands of senior roles and has first-hand experience with the pressures faced.
Loretta is sought out as a trusted advisor by purpose and values-led leaders. She assists her clients in enabling change at a wider system level and to actively put their values into practice. She coaches from a Te Tiriti Partnership perspective
Loretta is the founder and Director of the New Zealand Coaching and Mentoring Centre, which has been instrumental in developing the coaching and mentoring profession in New Zealand for over 25 years, advocating ethical and professional practice.
Her considerable knowledge and experience as a leadership advisor have been recognised with a globally respected Master Coach accreditation from EMCC (European Coaching Mentoring Council).
As Corporate Programme Director at the New Zealand Leadership Institute, University of Auckland Business School, Loretta has led long‐term leadership development programmes for senior executives in all sectors.

I am a sister, mother, aunty, cousin, friend, teacher, learner and grandmother. Each of these roles continuously create experiences that enrich my understanding of myself and my world in Te Ao Māori
My focus is always about the wellbeing of tangata through education. This has allowed me to be a tuakana- teina, advisor in ngā mea Māori, tutor, advocate, composer, writer, wisdom keeper and kai karakia within my Māori world.
